1. No Refunds Once Sold

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the product has been sold, delivered, or picked up.

2. Exchange or Replacement

While refunds are not applicable, in the rare case of:

• Damaged goods during transit

• Incorrect product supplied (wrong size/type)

We may offer an exchange or replacement, subject to verification and approval. You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with supporting images or documents.

3. Custom or Bulk Orders

Orders involving custom sizes, printed tapes, or bulk production are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances, unless there is a manufacturing defect from our side.
